Leadership and the different associated styles have an immense impact on how employees perform grow through motivation. This research aims to explore leadership style, mediate relationship between employee motivation towards performance in Oman production media. In this descriptive study, goal has been discover pattern of cause effect, which can predict phenomenon. The area study focuses non-managerial Oman's media industry (audio & video production). estimation for data collection from is 312. variables was investigated by PLS-SEM. According findings, all proposed hypothesis significantly accepted. Academically, contributes knowledge providing empirical evidence that improve industry. conclusion, framework be used adapting would measure improvement success then performance.
